Sutter Tracy Care Center

Ground-up construction of the Sutter Gould Tracy Care Center building shell and includes 4-acres of site improvements. The Sutter Gould Tracy Care Center is 46,000 square feet, two stories, and offers X-ray services, plus an on-site Urgent Care Center where you can see one of the 30 doctors without an appointment seven days a week. The team also transplanted a towering Heritage Oak from the interior of the site to a prominent intersection creating a sheltering landmark for the community.
