Project Description

New ground-up construction for StorQuest Self Storage facility consisting of eight new single-story buildings located at 1094 Horizon Drive, Fairfield, CA. The storage buildings will encompass 48,590 square feet and the manager’s office is 1,050 square feet. All site improvements are included in our scope of work for the 2.69-acre site. The new StorQuest Self Storage facility is built with modern security systems and will offer climate-controlled units, drive-up access, and a range of storage unit sizes to meet their customer’s needs.
