Valor Village is a 33-unit affordable housing development located in Pinole, CA, serving low-income veterans and their families. Formerly known as Pinole Housing, this ground-up project provides stable, supportive housing alongside a range of thoughtfully designed amenities.

Unit Composition:

The development includes 29 one-bedroom units and four two-bedroom units, one of which functions as an on-site manager’s unit to support daily operations.

Amenities and Facilities:

The ground floor features a welcoming lobby with mailboxes, elevator and stair access, a spacious community room with a kitchen and computer station, two property management offices, and a dedicated resident services office.

Outdoor amenities include secure bike storage, a landscaped courtyard, a vibrant community garden, a children’s playground, and a surface parking lot with 20 spaces accessible from San Pablo Avenue.
