Huff Construction is proud to share the completion of Valor Village, a four-story affordable housing community located in Pinole, California. Built for Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA), this development delivers 33 permanent supportive housing units for low-income veterans and their families.

Project Overview
Formerly referred to as Pinole Housing, Valor Village was constructed from the ground up using Type 5 wood-frame construction and totals 30,603 square feet. The project was completed on time and with care at every phase, from mobilization through final turnover.
Designed by Studio T-Square, the building is certified GreenPoint Rated Gold, reflecting its high-performance construction and long-term energy efficiency. Inside, residents have access to a community room with a kitchen and computer station, while outdoor spaces include a courtyard, garden, and areas for connection and recreation.
As the general contractor, Huff Construction was responsible for executing every detail—from foundations and framing to finishes and site improvements. We’re grateful to our valued repeat client, SAHA, for trusting us to help bring this important community to life.
