Soaring Ranch Retail Building

New ground-up construction for a retail building for Soaring Ranch in Truckee, CA. This project consisted of building 10,000, sq. ft. of retail space divided into 6 individual stores. This unique building just 1 mile from the Truckee airport features “A” framed towers, heavy timber framing reflecting the mountain architecture that has started coming to the Truckee area, outdoor seating areas, and an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. This is phase 2 of a 4 phase development developed by JMA developers.
