Our work included performing interior tenant improvements, minor demolition, site work, and exterior painting. The project is designed to promote the trades and blue-collar life while supporting local businesses. Many of the interior finishes are raw materials including strand board, unfinished steel, raw lumber, concrete flooring, and exposed CMU blocks.
Some common amenities for this hotel will include an open-air pool, fitness center, meeting room, bar, lounge, market, and fully equipped kitchens. The Element Hotel brand has redefined the longer-stay experience with an outdoor-inspired design philosophy that is clean, modern, and bright. The contemporary hotel is clad with black and white metal panels with bronze-tone highlights.

Check out this construction update video for the Childs Avenue & B Street Affordable Housing project in Merced, CA. This is a November flyover update of the Joe’s Premium Car Wash project in Chowchilla, CA. Joe’s Premium Car Wash is a state-of-the-art drive-through Car wash located in Chowchilla, CA on the corner of Robertson Blvd and Ave 26. This project is built from the ground up and includes and all associated site work.
The car wash is a 5,736 square foot building that includes both masonry and wood framing. The tunnel is 132 feet long and the total site area is 1.5 acres. This facility contains Sonny’s Car wash equipment which is a premium car wash equipment brand. With fully synergized technology, the car wash will require very little on-site staff as it is almost entirely automated. The car wash will also be energy-efficient as it will have solar panels on top of metal canopies over the vacuum parking stalls. The building contains metal siding on the exterior with decorative metal screens on the east side of the building.
The car wash will be the first automated drive-through car wash in the city of Chowchilla.
