This phase includes converting an existing building into a state-of-the-art open-air barn, which will house livestock in a modern animal science center featuring a milking parlor, hatchery, veterinary facility, and more. The innovative PowerShingle structure, with frameless bifacial solar panels and an American-made steel framework, will provide shade and shelter for animals and guests.
Educational Resource for the Community
The Farm will be an invaluable educational resource, offering students and the surrounding communities firsthand experiences at the intersection of agriculture and technology. This innovative farm will also feature a petting pen and a larger corral, allowing students to interact with animals and learn about farming, food, and agricultural careers in a hands-on, engaging way.

About the Merced Self-Storage Project
The Merced Self Storage project is an expansive and versatile storage facility located in Merced, CA, designed to meet a wide range of storage needs. The project encompasses a total of 63,729 square feet of storage space, including:
43,856 square feet of conditioned storage
18,758 square feet of unconditioned storage
Additionally, the facility offers 81,840 square feet of uncovered RV parking, providing ample space for larger vehicles. Set on a 6-acre site, the project features four buildings that house a total of 448 storage units. It also includes a 1,115-square-foot merchandising office, which will serve as the hub for customer service and retail operations.

We are thrilled to announce the commencement of construction for our latest project, Devonwood Affordable Housing, located in the heart of Merced, CA. This ambitious development aims to provide 156 much-needed affordable housing units for low-income residents, significantly contributing to the local community’s housing needs.
Project Overview
Devonwood Apartments is a mixed-income residential complex, carefully designed to cater to a diverse range of residents. The project includes:
Five 3-story residential walk-up buildings
One 1-story community building
In total, the complex will offer 156 units, with the following distribution:
69 one-bedroom units (626 sq. ft.)
46 two-bedroom units (978 sq. ft.)
39 three-bedroom units (1,154 sq. ft.)
Of these units, 117 are allocated for individuals and families, while 39 are specifically designated for special needs individuals and families. Notably, 154 units will be income-restricted, targeting residents with incomes between 30% and 70% of the Merced County Area Median Income (AMI).
