We’re thrilled to share the latest progress at the Village at Gray’s Crossing in Truckee, CA. Phase 1 of construction is nearly complete, and the mountain-modern residences are taking shape beautifully. These 24 residences, ranging from 1,893 sq ft to 2,573 sq ft, offer spacious living and redefine mountain living at its finest.

Project Complete: Central Valley Community Bank

We are thrilled to announce the completion of a remarkable tenant improvement project for Central Valley Community Bank in Modesto, CA!


This project involved a complete transformation of a 4,950 sq. ft. space into a modern banking facility, designed to cater to both customers and staff. Incorporating functional spaces with stylish elements, the project features a customer lobby, eight private offices, a spacious conference room, a multi-purpose area, a secure workroom with IT infrastructure, as well as a relaxing breakroom, and an inviting exterior courtyard.

Cutting-edge additions include a convenient thru-wall night drop and ATM, ensuring easy access to banking services around the clock. The exterior got a fresh makeover too, with a new courtyard, finishes, signage, and lighting features that enhance the overall ambiance.

Archway Commons II Affordable Housing is Complete!

The Archway Commons II Affordable Housing Project in Modesto, CA is complete!


Archway Commons II was built from the ground up and the project consists of 74 new 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom affordable rental apartments. In total, there are nine, two-story, garden-style apartment buildings which encompass 70,465 square feet on a 3.2-acre site.

Archway Commons II was constructed to achieve a GreenPoint Platinum rating and targets Zero Net Energy, generating enough energy onsite through PV/solar panels to offset 100% of the common and residential load.

This project is located adjacent to the existing Archway Commons affordable housing community which we built in 2013 for our great repeat client EAH Housing.

The #HuffTeam redeveloped a 12-acre RV sales site which included demolition of the existing site, grading & paving, installing a revised storm drain system, efficient site lighting, and attractive landscaping. Construction Update: Certified Collision Center in Oakdale

The metal building has been erected and metal stud framing is taking shape. This is a Huff Metal Buildings project that is a part of our signature design-build delivery process. Overall, this project encompasses 23,800 square feet and will feature an auto repair area, a painting booth, an office, and a retail shop.

Construction Update: Purpose-Built Trade Co. in Modesto Ca

The Huff Team recently completed the remodel of an existing 7,035 square-foot retail building in Modesto, CA for Purpose-Built Trade Co.

The project is designed to promote the trades and blue-collar life while supporting local businesses.

Many of the interior finishes are raw materials including strand board, glulam beams, unfinished steel, raw lumber, concrete flooring, and exposed CMU blocks.

The Huff Team completed construction six months ago for the Element Hotel by Westin in San Jose, CA.

The Element Hotel has 175 rooms throughout its 5-stories, encompassing 115,000 square feet. The Element Hotel brand has redefined the longer-stay experience with an outdoor-inspired design philosophy that is clean, modern, and bright. The exterior of this contemporary hotel is clad with black and white metal panels and features corten steel to add bronze-tone highlights. In addition to the hotel’s clean and modern design, it’s also built with sustainability in mind to achieve LEED Gold Certification. Some common amenities for this hotel include an open-air pool, fitness center, meeting room, bar, lounge, market, and rooms with fully equipped kitchens.

This project is a true testament to our ongoing pursuit of Building Excellence and as we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, we give thanks to our entire team for their hard work and dedication in achieving our goals.
