The Huff Metal Buildings Team completed construction for the Solar Cool Properties Office & Warehouse in Modesto, CA.

This project involved demolishing an existing building that a fire had destroyed. After demo work, we built this new 18,125-square-foot metal building from the ground up.

Features of this facility include a two-story office space, a 10-foot high masonry wall, 3 rollup doors, and a loading dock that can accommodate two trucks. As always, Huff Metal Buildings are designed, detailed, and fabricated in the USA from American-made steel that is over 70% recycled.
