Construction Milestones at Devonwood
The Devonwood community consists of five apartment buildings and a central clubhouse, each moving forward at a steady pace:
- Three of the apartment buildings are now fully framed, with roofing, rough plumbing, and electrical installations underway.
- The community clubhouse has completed its stucco exterior, and interior wall insulation and HVAC installations are progressing smoothly.
- Foundations for the remaining two apartment buildings are complete, with framing set to commence soon.
These milestones reflect the efficiency and dedication of our team, who are working diligently to bring this affordable housing community to life for future residents.
