Project Description

The Coffeebar Bakery relocation project in Truckee, CA, involves transforming a 3,035-square-foot former financial office into a modern bakery and coffee shop. The scope of work includes constructing new interior partitions, updating ceilings and finishes, and installing new lighting and equipment. A new entry door is added to the existing storefront, and the project also covers all necessary structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work to support the bakery’s operations.
