Huff Construction is thrilled to announce the ground-up construction of Pinole Housing, a remarkable affordable housing project in Pinole, CA. This development will provide 33 units of 100% affordable housing for low-income veterans and their families.
Unit Composition:
Pinole Housing comprises a thoughtfully designed mix of residences, featuring 29 comfortable one-bedroom units and four (4) spacious two-bedroom units. Additionally, there will be a dedicated manager’s unit to oversee the community.
Amenities and Facilities:
The ground floor of Pinole Housing has been meticulously planned to offer an array of amenities that enhance the quality of life for residents. This includes a welcoming lobby with mailboxes, convenient stairs, and an elevator for easy access. The development boasts a spacious community room equipped with a kitchen and a computer station, providing a gathering space for residents. There will also be two property management offices and a dedicated resident services office. For active individuals, exterior bike storage is provided to encourage eco-friendly transportation. Connecting residents with nature, a beautiful courtyard links to a vibrant community garden and a children’s playground, fostering a sense of community and playfulness. Furthermore, an outdoor parking lot with 20 parking spaces will be easily accessible from the parking entrance along San Pablo Avenue.
