Purpose Built TI Modesto

Remodel of an existing 7,035 square-foot retail building in Modesto, CA for Purpose Built. Our work included performing interior tenant improvements. The project is designed to promote the trades and blue-collar life while supporting local businesses. Many of the interior finishes are raw materials including strand board, glulam beams, unfinished steel, raw lumber, concrete flooring, and exposed CMU blocks.
