Purpose Built TI Pleasant Hill

Remodel of a 4,800-square-foot retail building in Pleasant Hill, CA for Purpose Built. Our work included performing interior tenant improvements, demolition, site work, painting, electrical, and more. We also manufactured a custom boot ramp and performed additional build-out for a storage room, ADA dressing rooms, and a Heartbeat Lounge. The project is designed to promote the trades and blue-collar life while supporting local businesses. Many of the interior finishes are raw materials including strand board, glulam beams, unfinished steel, raw lumber, and sealed concrete flooring.
