New ground-up construction of a Huff Metal Building to be used as an office and warehouse space. The new building encompasses 18,125 square feet and includes a two-story office space which has a footprint of 3,585 square feet. Some features of the facility include a 10-foot high masonry wall, 3 rollup doors, and a loading dock that can accommodate two trucks. This project included demolishing an existing building that a fire had destroyed.

Huff Metal Buildings are constructed from buildings supplied by CBC Steel Buildings, a Nucor company. Huff Metal Buildings are 100% American Made from up to more than 70% recycled steel.
