Project Description

The Tivoli Plaza Retail Center and Preschool is a new ground-up construction project consisting of three commercial buildings with a total footprint of 31,860 square feet. Two of these buildings are dedicated to retail, with a combined area of 16,038 square feet and 6,055 square feet, respectively. The third building is a daycare center with 9,767 square feet and an integrated outdoor play area.

In addition to the buildings themselves, the project includes all site improvements such as landscaping, trash enclosures, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, inviting plazas, and stormwater capture.
